6 Ways KidsQuest Children’s Museum is Leveraging AI

When we first met with KidsQuest, to say they had a lot on their plate would be an understatement. In the midst of a platform migration, an upcoming fundraiser event, and a few summer vacations that would make several key staff members unavailable… our goal was to figure out how we could help KidsQuest reduce the time and stress it takes to fundraise by making it easier to share the impact they’re making.

The problem

The main issue was that so much of KidsQuest’s data was buried in volumes of folders, hidden in their Sharepoint Drive. This made it extremely difficult to locate the information they needed for grant writing, fundraising and marketing purposes. Because so many nonprofit organizations have their data living in silo’d locations, it becomes a game of “guess-who” when it comes to who knows where specific information lives within their data-base.

Our approach

The first thing Cadenza did was leverage our unique APIs to connect directly to their Sharepoint drive. From there, KidsQuest gained the ability to leverage our AI-Assistant to easily locate any information they needed without spending hours digging through files and opening documents. In addition, we provide the source citation so their team can have the confidence that the responses we give are correct.

Regardless of whether data lives in previously submitted grants, impact reports, donor stories or marketing collateral, Cadenza can find it. Our responses are curated specifically to the KidsQuest Children’s Museum so we our answers are given within the unique contextual awareness of their mission statement and programs. This allows our AI-Assistants to generate better answers that are more effective and persuasive.
